Map Visual does not show anything in Power BI Desktop

The map in my power bi report is working on one of the company's server and not working on another one. The map visual just shows blank visual. I tried deleting data cache and updating the power bi desktop to the latest version and both ways didn't work. 

The server that the visual is not working on does not have internet connection and cannot reach bings map, is this the reason it's not working ?

Hi @SpikeSpiegel_3 ,

You're right. Using map visual requires an internet connection. Because it needs to get info from Bing map.
