I have a single table with addresses and names and a volume column. When I add the Address column as the Location field and the Full Name column as the Legend field everything plots fine. As soon as I add the volume column as a Tooltip, every plot point on the map disappears except for 2. It makes no sense at all.
Each agent in the table has a value in the Volume column, so I can't understand what is causing all but 2 points to disappear. There is nothing uniquely different about those two, and their values, compared to the others.
If I select a different address in the filter pane, it shows up. I tried selecting 4 or 5 and they show up on the map. If all are selected they all disappear and only 2 show up. Is there some glitch here?

From all of the testing I've done, this appears to be an issue of simply too many plot points for the visual to render.
