Map Layers

I am new to Power BI desktop.  I was looking to create a heat map based on capacity of set locations that I can layer on top of another map showing shipping data.  Power map in Excel allows this, but...

    Thanks for the link v-chuncz-msft.  The heatmap works fine, but I am looking for something on which I can create a second layer to show another set of data on top of the heatmap.
