Many to Many Bridge Table Not Working Consistently?

So I am trying to wrap my head around PBI Many to Many relationships and was reading this article   https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/transform-model/desktop-many-to-many-relationships#use-...

    rodneyc8063_1 , You can not take Unsumamrized measure both from Code_1 and Code_2. I changed visual level aggregation of name First Title (as First/Min) and it worked.

     

    Both side of one table can not have un summarized columns, Only one table can have that.

    I'm just a bit cloudy on how you did these steps?

     

    I sort of understand what you mean with both tables cant use unsummarized measure, but I just wanted to see if I can get a working sample.

    Hi amitchandak 

     

    Sorry I think I got it now!

     

    So as you mentioned I took the following steps

     

    Originally the visual was failing as shown below while all the columns were set to "Dont Summarize"

     

    Now as you suggested, I changed one of the columns to instead use "First" or "Last" and NOW the visual seems to work

     

     

    Funky!
