Many Relationship Between tables

I made the relationship beetween tables (many to many) using COD_CLIENTE, however, when I try to filter two camps (from baseFaturamentoTotal/Area + baseCasos/COD_CLIENTE) the values are getting double.

How can I solve it?

I think you can try to create a Dimtable which contains unique values to avoide this issue.
