Manual Table, single row with calculated dates

Hello,

I made this table awhile ago and I can't remember how I entered the calcs.

I need to make another table for week, I just can't remember how I get the calcs into the table.

Can someone refresh my memory?

1. (on the report view) Modelling Tab -> New Table
2. Paste the calc into the expression box

3. Manual change the names of the table columns
