Manual Min/Max

Hello, I have the following visual, I would like to enter a Minimum & Maximum value manually, is that possible?, or does it have to be done within another datasource?...thanks

@markjankowski , one of the option is to create a static measure and use that

new measures

Min = 50

Max =100
