Manipulating Multiple Answers in One Column to Separate Columns

Hey guys, from the Image I am trying to break down a column into seperate columns or close to it for a visual.

The example image files is the data I am working with, and the visual is what it returns in its' current form.

Would like to transform the column of Yes/No/Yes/Yes and so on, into usable data for a simple column chart.

I need the Y Axis to provide only 3 Columns - YES -  NO  - NO DATA, for each of the titles of HIPPA/PCI/SOX etc as an example

Use Power Query to split your column by delimiter.
