This is because the date/time is stored in UTC time on the back end, which is what Power BI gets when it pulls the data. You can add hours to it in the query editor to convert to your time.

As christinepayton mentioned you can manipulate the datetime in a power query function, to do it add a custom column with the following:
[Date]+#duration(0,-6,0,0)
This function will deduct 6 hours of your Date column therefore fixing the issue
