I get a user who needs a licence only 3 months per year.
What does happen if he stops his licence ?
Does he keeps all his reports when he reactivates his licence 9 months after ?
Can he share or transfer his reports to another user ?

This means: When your license stops, if you set a scheduled refresh for the report, the scheduled refresh stops. The deactivation of a license does not affect manual refresh.

If the user stops the license, the license is not available and only all the features of the free user can be used.
When he reactivates, the report remains, but the refresh of the settings will not occur due to the cessation of the license.
