Managing Page-Level Security in Power BI: Different Access for AD Groups

Hi Experts,

Need your suggestion.

We currently have a dashboard with two pages, and access is managed by AD Group 1. The new requirement is to add a third page and manage access as follows:

1. **AD Group 1**: Members of this group should have access to the entire dashboard except for the newly added page.

2. **AD Group 2**: Members of this group should have access to all pages of the dashboard, including the newly added page.

Could you please help how to achieve this?

Hello! In a report you cannot control access based on the pages in it. I suggest that you create two reports. One with the first two pages and one with the third. Then, publish these two reports to your app and add the two page report to Audience A and give people access that need it. Give the first and second report to Audience B and give access to those that need it.

Hello @Sonu88 ,

as @audreygerred mentioned, we can't control the access on a specific page, but you can check this alternative in the following video
