It should be [NODE_ID] = 1363 rather than [NODE_ID] = "1363". Adding double quotes around a number will conver it into Text type.

Responsive ResidentMay be I am not understanding this but the value is INT 1363 which is a number, can you please specify? Are you saying it has to be text and not number?
