Manage history

I have a table with columns - name ,dob,sex,school name, standard .

I want to monitor changes of schools by a person by month.

The excel sheet gets updated in place. 

 

So is there any way to store previous school name and compare with the current sheet and display the changes and how to check the dates on which it changed

      With only change in school name column

       

      I want to compare the school with previous data and display changes .
