we are trying to make a week overview of our stores how much people work there,
something like this:
so we have line data like this
employee, store, dateTimestart, datetimeEnd

how can i take that and make a weekchart that drwas a line when someone is working?(and in adition color the line if they are not working due they are sick)

My suggestion is you can use conditional formatting in table or matrix visual, FYI:
