Making Power BI resistant to table changes from Get Data...

Hi All,

I noticed after a table change in the source I used for Get Data that Power BI Power Query reports the differences and refresh stops working. In this case a column was added or deleted that I do not use yet.

Is there some way to configure Power BI to notify me of the difference and update anyway?

    no. It is ETL process task which should be made in other tools like SSIS

    HI Anonymous,

    Nope, current it only supports alert refresh fail or success. You can try to submit an idea about advanced customize with refresh notice.
