Make values earlier than Date 0

Hello all,

how can i make all values earlier than Latest incindent  0? 

i only want to sum everything after  the latest incindent 

value = IF(HASONEFILTER(CalendarTable[Fiscal Year]),[SUMIFEH_2],SUMX(VALUES(CalendarTable[Fiscal Year]),[SUMIFEH_2]))
