Make tooltip as a text in certain area

Hi,

Can I convert tooltip to a text box? So, when I hovering over the visual it will appear in blank area.

For example, I want the tooltip to be in text box and pop up in the blank area beside donut chart. So, when I hovering over the bar chart, the tooltip details will be appear in that blank area.

Currently, tooltips do not support this feature. You might consider submitting this idea.
It is a place for customers provide feedback about Microsoft Office products . What’s more, if a feedback is high voted there by other customers, it will be promising that Microsoft Product Team will take it into consideration when designing the next version in the future.

One workaround to implement this idea is to use cross-highlighting, where you need to click on the bar chart.
