Make tab only visible for specific user

I have  report with a couple of (hiden) tabs which are accessable via a navigator visual. Now there is a need that only two specific people so see two tabs, those two tabs should remain hidden for the rest of the population that uses the report. Is there a (easy) way to make these two tabs just visible for these two people only in the same file/report?
