MULTIPLE FILTERS WITH OR CONDITION

Hi

I am new to powerBI, I have a report with 2 different columns Start_date and End_date. Some of the projects don't have a Start_date and End_date. I am looking to create a simple report where either my start_date is blank OR my end_date is blank. When I put start_date is blank and add end_date is blank in filter pane, it acting as an AND feature. I want it to work it as an OR feature.
Any help or workaround is appreciated.

Thanks

Hi @sahilhira162,

There is a workaround.

If these two columns are in one table, we could use this formula in a calculated column as a tag.

Flag =
IF ( ISBLANK ( [column1] ) || ISBLANK ( [column2] ), 1, 0 )

If these two columns aren't in one table, we could use this formula as a measure. The two tables should have a 1:1 relationship.

MeasureFlag =
IF (
    ISBLANK ( MIN ( 'Table1'[column1] ) ) || ISBLANK ( MIN ( 'Table2'[column1] ) ),
    1,
    0
)
