MTD and MTD LY Random problem

Anonymous is that the last transaction in Jan 2020? Make sense, if it is then make sense, coz you are using DATESMTD going back one year, so it will add everything for Jan 2020. It is not "why the hell", more about understanding how DAX works 😁

    parry2k  It is not the last transaction, I tried the same with the sameperiod last year, but it still gives me the same result.
    You can see in the picture below that it adds up correctly up to 94 on the 10th of January of this year and then suddenly its 638
