MTD Metric showing last months data with DatesMTD selected but no sales this MTD.

I have a Table set up in PowerBI that shows my Sales Area, the Value of their sales for the MTD, and the target. 

The Sales Area and Value come from the Order Table. 
The Target comes from the Target table. 
They are joined by date to a Calendar, which is then linked to Time Intelligence Slicer. 

The MTD V Target is a measure: 

MTD SvT = [SV_MTD]-[Target_MTD]
Sales - MTD is=

SV_MTD = CALCULATE(sum(Orders[_UseValue]),DATESMTD('Time Intelligence Selection'[Date]))

Target is ok.

This is working for all areas where they have had sales in Feb so far. However one area it's showing last months Value and not £0 for this month. 

It's the same for Quarter and Year to date, but it's the only area, so it must be because they've done £0 sales this month so far. 

How can I get that specific row to show as £0 and not £68k from last month. I think it's also impacting the
