    Try it like this where we get the max MonthYear across all markets and use that.

    FMTDSales =
VAR _MonthYear =
    CALCULATE (
        MAX ( JobsWithMilestones[ContractfiscalYearMonth] ),
        ALL ( JobsWithMilestones[Market] )
    )
RETURN
    CALCULATE (
        SUM ( JobsWithMilestones[GrossAmount] ),
        JobsWithMilestones[ContractfiscalYearMonth] = _MonthYear
    )
