Dear community
I really need your help again. Struggling since hours on just this one problem.
I have a connection to the microsoft teams api to read in the CQD Data. I now want to plot a histogramm to see during which time of the day we get most of the calls and how the calls are distributed through out the day.
According to the data we only get calls between 06:00 in the morning and 15:00 which is not correct. We also get calls later than 15:00. But there is no single call later than 16:00. I don't know why this is the case. The dashboard as well as how the data is read in is from a template from microsoft. I did't change anything and I also looked at how the data is processed. Haven't seen any mistakes.
I also looked at the actual missed calls which i got from our callcenter and they aren't in the data.
Do you have any idea how to proceed?

Have you directly checked on the CQD data source to confirm if these records really included?
If they do not include, perhaps you can ask the admin who has permission to manage the CQD data source if they turned on any setting to ignore the records that out of specific date time ranges.

If they include in the table, you can check the filters if any of them enabled on your table to filter on records in specific time ranges.
