MS Form Power Automate - Data blank in desktop

I have created an MS Form, set up semantic model in PowerBI, used Power automate to create the flow. See screen shot below. However when I go to 'Get Data' in Power BI Desktop - the data set is available and table headers populate from the data set created - but there is no data/figures within this and everything pulls into the reprot as blank. I've followed tutorials online and can't see what I'm doing wrong here for no data to populate?

Hi @nmckeown1

1.'Add rows to a dataset' is applied to streaming dataset,  you can refer to the following link.

Solved: Power BI connector : Add row to dataset - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-query/dataflows/load-dataflow-metadata-into-power-bi-dataset...

2. The data may not be displayed because the data has not been synchronized, please refresh the dataset after adding it

Thanks for your help - I have checked and my dataset in PowerBI is a streaming dataset - I have refreshed the flow history and still nothing.

Could this be to do with the parameters? All tutorials show that the fileds from MS Form populate once 'add data set' is added to flow, like this:

However the only thing that populates for me is 'PAYLOAD / my measures' see below:
