MRR & ARR Calculation
hi guys,
need a hand calculating MRR and ARR.
i have a sales table that has sale name - client - sale date - sale amount
we want to see the recuring revenue by month and by the year as we have fixed sale amounts.
we require:
- Expansion: When a current client ups the sale amount because of more services included in the package.
- Reactivation: Revenue from a client that had previously used and paid for our services.
- Contraction: Lost revenue from existing clients that have begun to pay less because of removal of services in a package
- Churn: Revenue lost from cancellations
how will i be able to calculate this for MRR and ARR?
