@Constantine12 It's a DAX function that is only available in Visual Calculations. You can use this for a traditional DAX meausre: Better Rolling Average - Microsoft Fabric Community
@Constantine12 You may have to scroll down the list of Preview features. If you don't see it, perhaps you are on an older version of Power BI Desktop?

I do not have this option in Options and Settings > Options > Preview features like it's described in this article https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/transform-model/desktop-visual-calculations-overview
