Thanks for sharing this workaround. It is hiding the row category by measure, where you can set conditional formatting.
Correct me if I'm wrong but this is limited only up to one level and not possible if you want to drill down to some other hierarchy level.

Super UserIt's probably possible to make it work for additional levels with enough effort but it would be pretty hacky.
