    CALCULATE (
        MIN ( 'Table'[DATE1] ),
        FILTER (
            ALL ( 'Table' ),
            'Table'[ID] = __cur_id
                && 'Table'[EVENT] = __cur_event
                && 'Table'[INDEX] = __cur_index - 1
        )
    )
RETURN
    __result
