MINIFS Excel Formula equivalent on DAX

Hi, I'm trying to apply a formula with network days that I found on excel on Power BI, but on power BI I cannot use the formula MINIFS, could someone help me?

This is the MINIFS on Excel:
=MINIFS([day],[month],[@month],[year],[@year])

I have all these columns on PBI but I'm not able to create a DAX function to return the same value as Excel, could someone help me?
