MFA refresh issue??

Hi all. 

I have a strange issue currently happening with a handful of users. 

When we turn MFA on for our data team, we have an issue refreshing data sets that originate on Sharepoint. My test user is getting the following error:

Power BI is not my forte´ so I'm a little out of depth here. Any help is greatly appreciated.
