MAPS

I work for a large organisation that provides me with the basic Desktop version of Power BI. My boss would like to see a map of Leicester City, with only the wards as outline, no information. The businesses I need to plot on the map, I have and they work great on a 'normal map. However, I do not have access to the functions like shaping or manipulating maps. Does anybody know how I can create a map like this, get it into Power Bi so that I can plot my businesses. Thanks in advance....

    In the company I work for before they are using ArcGIS to draw the map.
    In Power BI you can use that (ArcGIS) as your visualization tool and use the created map (with plots) for your presentation.

      Hi and Thanks. I need to create a outline of Leicester City map only. I don't understand what you are suggesting as the only visualisation tool I have is the basic shape functions. Drawing a box, a line. The outline of Leicester City map is quite tricky to trace around. Do you know if it is possible to get it from Google Maps, for example. If so, how and how to import it...
