M Code: find min value in grouped table and create a new true/false column

I have table inside an already grouped table like below. Using M language how can I mark each entry of the grouped data table with true or false by creating a new column (IsMinValue)?

I created an extra grouping step to find the min value and then create the true/false column.

Each of the embedded tables will always have a minimum value. Please clarify your requirement.
