Resolver IIHi, thanks for your reply. I have read the links you've provided, several times in the past. In this case they're not really possible, nor did I feel they'd would be particularly helpful.
I do think I could have phrased my original question better, so I'll give it another go.
By the way, I don't think it's particularly helpful to add boilerplate responses on to questions so soon after they've been raised. It just reduces visibility for others who might get what is being asked without further clarification. If a question has gone unanswered for a while, fine.
