Losing Tabular Model Perspective when migrating reports from DEV to PROD within Power BI Desktop

We have two SSAS tabular model environments setup identically, Development and Production.  Each has one model with some perspectives.

The issue is when we design a new report over a perspective in development and then promote it to production by changing the data source settings, the perspective doesn't keep, and instead, it loads in all the Dimensions and Facts under the fields section.

Is there a way to maintain the perspective when migrating or put back the perspective after we migrate?

Thank you in advance!
