You can create the following calculated column to check if there is a duplicate value in 'DOP-055 1' [Delivery No]:
Duplicate check = CALCULATE ( COUNT ( 'DOP-055 1'[Delivery No] ), ALLEXCEPT ( 'DOP-055 1', 'DOP-055 1'[Delivery No] ) )You may need to use FIRSTNONBLANK / LASTNONBLANK, here are some similar resources that might help:

Snowy34 seems like your table DOP-055 1 contains more than one row for Delivery No. Can you take a look at this?
