    Hi tctrout 

     

    Thanks for the help, was able to resolve using below 

     

    Property_Manager = CALCULATE(FIRSTNONBLANK(Table2[Name],1),
    filter(all(Table2),
    Table2[Type] ="Property Manager" &&
    'Table1'[Id] = Table2[Id]))
