Lookup two criteria from another table

I created relationship between Ref table (on the left) and Fact table (on the right)

I am trying to create a new column in Fact table and to return "IHC" only when each row in the fact table matches on the Company Code and Vendor code.

If there is no match with BOTH criteria, then return blank.

Will appreciate your help.

Hi,

Based on the image that you have shared, the answer should be blank because those two values are not availabl in the same row of the Ref Table.  Please reconfirm my understanding.
