Lookup Help

I have done many lookups however this one is not playing ball and i cant work out why 😞       Building Name = LOOKUPVALUE(BuildingCodes1[Building],BuildingCodes1[Building Code],Printer...

why dont you use relationship LocationCode - Building Code (many-to-one)?

it would be looks more pretty

    Creating this relationship still has the same issue unfortuantely. It clearly isnt seeing them as matching despite the fact they clearly are. It wouldnt have anything to do with the fact the are Capitalised or only 3 letters long i presume
