LookuoValue in Table

Table-1Table-1Table-2Table-2Hi I have created a new column MBValue and lookup value accordingly. please see the formula. from table 2 I got id and event name and looking for this value in status column but data is not showing, please help.

 

FYI....Status is a calculated column.
