Looking up a value within a range

Hi All,

Good day, was wondering if you can help me out and try to figure out the best possible solution with what i am trying to do.

Concern: Im trying to group certain folks into a cluster based on their performance output (SPS) and place their month to date performance on a separate column.

The grouping will be based on this table

Normally in excel this would be just a vlookup set to true, how can we do it in power bi?
