Looking to filter table based on values from another

I have a dataset where I want to be able to select a timeframe and pull a list of customers.

I want to filter another list of customers based on the first timeframe.

I brought in the dataset and created a slicer to narrow down the data. I then created a new table with the same dataset as the first but with a different date slicer. I am looking for a way to say not in or to filter the second dataset from the first.

EX: I want to know what customers made an order in November but did not make an order in September or October.
