Looking to filter columns and remove duplicates

I've googled and read up here for help on this but I can't find anything, probably because I'm not sure what to actually google here!

I have a list of names and details for people but it comes from a larger table where people maybe duplicated, so I want to remove those duplicates, easy enough. However in another column each name could have a null or a number value and when I remove duplicates, it doesnt always use keep the number in this column, sometimes people return a null.

I would like to know how to remove duplicates from the main list of names whilst also keeping any value that is in the other column for that person. If they have 3 instances and null each time, a null is fine. If they have 3 instances and 2 nulls and a number value, I want to keep the number value.
