Looking for a visual for Actual Number Target Number and the difference between the two

Im struggling to come up with a good visual that will show the following Measures

Number    Target     Outstanding

60              100         40

Ive tried gages, KPIs, all sorts of things but I cant quite find anything that makes this data stand out in one single visual. Any ideas would be appreciated

Perhaps a stacked column or bar chart? You could have Number and Outstanding in it which, combined, would give you the Target and it would be pretty obvious from that visual how things stand.

DAX is easy, CALCULATE makes DAX hard...

Ive tried that and It does work. I was hoping for somthing a bit more interesting to put on the report though  rather than a single bar bar chart.
