Looking for Voronoi Map custom visual or other similar ones recommendation

I am looking for a visual like voronoi map - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Voronoi_diagram

I know someone have created a custom visual on Voronoi map in 2015 : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rCg6MNH0BB4
But the visual is not available in the market and might be outdated. Is there anywhere this could be added to the custom visual store? And does anyone have any recommendation for similar ones?
