Looking for Power BI Org Chart with 2 direct reports

I have a user who is using Power BI as a drill-down Org chart.

In this case, his data has two bosses or direct reports that should be in the relationship.

Has anyone seen a visual like this? Preferably free.

Free visuals in Power BI (Akvelon Hierarchy Chart, xViz Hierarchy Tree) → only support one boss per person.

Multi-boss (two direct reports) isn’t supported natively.

Workarounds:

Use Visio + Power BI (supports multiple parents).

Or build a custom chart with Deneb (Vega) (flexible but complex).

If you want a simple free option → use Akvelon or xViz (but only single-parent).
If you truly need two bosses → best option is Visio embedded in Power BI.

Hi @Anonymous,

Thank you @Shahid12523 for your continuous support to the forum.

In Power BI, most free org chart visuals are structured to allow only one manager per employee, so dual reporting lines are not shown in the default hierarchy.
As a workaround, you can duplicate the employee record in your data with both manager IDs, which will display the employee under both managers as separate entries or you may consider visuals from AppSource such as ZoomCharts Org Chart, MAQ Org Chart, or Acuity Org Chart, though many of these require a paid license.
For free solutions, the Network Navigator visual supports many-to-many relationships and can illustrate employees reporting to multiple managers.
Another option is the Deneb visual, which enables the creation of a custom org chart using JSON scripting. If you require a free and straightforward solution, duplicating dataset rows or using the Network Navigator visual are recommended approaches.

Thank you and continue using Microsoft Fabric Community Forum.

Can you at least describe a little bit more this visual?
