Looking for Guidance to Build a Clean, Simple Power BI Report (With Sample Data Provided)

Hi everyone,

I hope you’re all well. I’m currently learning Power BI and I’m trying to build a clean, easy-to-navigate report for a friend. I’ve put together a small sample dataset along with an outline of what I’d expect the final visuals and structure to look like. But I'm struggling to get some bits to work.

My main goal is to create something straightforward to analyse and simple to maintain, ideally using best practices around data modelling, DAX, and report layout. I’m working with live data in the real version, so I want to make sure the foundations are solid before scaling it up.

I’m reaching out to see if anyone in the community might be willing to offer some guidance or point me in the right direction. I understand that many of you have busy schedules and professional commitments (and that some support usually comes at a cost), so I completely respect that. But if anyone is kind enough to spare a bit of time to help me think through the model, I’d be really grateful.
