Look up column from a not connected table

Good afternoon,

I hope you can help me, I have 2 tables that are not connected and I need to count the missing values in Sales Forecast from SalesLink table names.

I created the below formula which gives me a total of 0.

[#Delivery] = distinctcount ID Sales Forecast

Missing Opp No =

VAR Temp =

LOOKUPVALUE('Sales Link'[Opp No],'Sales Link'[Opp No],FIRSTNONBLANK('Sales Forecast WA'[Opp#],TRUE()))

RETURN

CALCULATE (

[# Delivery],

FILTER('Sales Forecast WA',ISBLANK(Temp) ),

'Sales Forecast WA'[Contract Review Status] = "Not Delivered"

)

But when I add the measure to the table; it shows the rows I am looking for.
