I am not sign in in power bi desktop. When I am insterting something like buttons, shapes, anything from Insert tab It is asking for log in every time. This problem not occurs before but it starting ...

You are correct.this is happening from last few days.
if you try to create anything in powerbi desktop without signin ,it keeps on asking credentials.
i guess there is some issue in the recent build of powerbi desktop.try signin as suggested by rita.
if you dont have signin, try downloading older version of powerbi.
please go through below thread to install older version.
I did all, but problem ocuurs continue
