Log into Google account through Excel Power Query?
Hi all,
I am trying to connect an SA360 report to Excel but have been having credential issues since our company switched our emails and started using Okta for our organization. When I upload the query I see this in the Web View:
Unfortunately I can't click anything in this view to complete my log in so the query does not work. Is there any way I can log into my Google account through Excel?
I have logged into my Okta/Google account in Internet Explorer but am still having this same issue
Thanks!
I have solved my own issue with the help of this link: https://support.google.com/searchads/answer/2870738?hl=en#zippy=%2Cspecial-instructions-for-microsoft-windows-pro%2Cspecial-instructions-for-microsoft-office
Just had to use the 'Get External Data > From Web' feature in Excel which allowed me to log into my Google Account and has now given me access to all my SA360/Google connections

Hi cmachin ,
Based on my understanding, if you use the Google Sheets (Beta) connector, then you have to log in to your Google account.
But if you use the Web connector (URL + "/export", for example "https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/184ZsdO-vTw3iQzEY6AWHMbDiCXYaLtwozhovHbtecow/export"), you can access anonymously.
If the problem is still not resolved, please provide detailed error information or the expected result you expect. Let me know immediately, looking forward to your reply.
Best Regards,
Winniz

I am trying to connect an SA360 report to Excel Power Bi not a Google Sheet so I cannot make the report shareable without logging in.
It seems like I can log into Google through the Power Bi Desktop app but there is no way to log into Google through Excel Power Bi. I know that if I was able to log into Google through Excel my issue would be fixed but there does not seem to be any way for this to happen
