Lock Visuals to Prevent from Scrolling Off Page

Hello,

My client requires that a number of visuals appear on the same page (which consumes more space than the page offers). I increased the page size and fit to width. Is there a way to lock the visuals (outlined in red below) or change the scrolling area so that these particular visuals do not scroll off the page?
